Our focus on Radix gives our team deeper expertise on how to fine-tune and optimize a Radix validator node. Large corporate node runners who operate on numerous blockchains may dedicate less time and resources to Radix, giving it lower priority. Unlike these large corporate players, we are a small team of Radix enthusiasts that specializes in Radix node running only. We actively interact with other Radix node runners in Discord and Telegram, and we closely follow any information related to node running shared by the RDX Works team.
This gives the Radical Staking team increased awareness of insights that can benefit our delegators, such as new tools that can be used for troubleshooting validator node issues, or configuration tuning that increases the node’s performance.

Wilson led our participation in the Radix Olympia Betanet program prior to the Mainnet Go Live in 2021. He truly believes DeFi will change the world, with Radix leading the way. Wilson is a multi-talented infrastructure architect with over 20 years of experience in IT services, and he previously operated a Cardano stake pool before switching over to Radix.

Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in security, networking and systems engineering. He’s a U.C. Berkeley Computer Science graduate who’s been working in the IT industry since 1994, as well as a DeFi enthusiast who finally found his calling with Radix.
